From the time you place your order and approve your artwork, we can usually complete your job in 10 business days.  We will let you know when you place the order!
Yes. For screen printed items the minimum is 12 pieces for most jobs. More complex jobs may require higher quantities. For embroidery, there is no minimum. Please talk to us if you need less shirts, we will work with you!
In most cases, yes. If the garment can accommodate the design, combining styles is acceptable.

In order to get the best quality print on your shirts, it is important that you provide us with the highest quality artwork you can get your hands on.
Preferred file types:
Adobe Illustrator CC (.ai, .eps)
Adobe Photoshop CS4 (.psd, .tif, .jpg, jpeg)
Photoshop
When submitting raster art (Photoshop) please set up your files to the actual size you want to print with a resolution of at least 300dpi. It is not necessary to “flatten your image”, but remove any layers with extra information.
Illustrator
All fonts should be converted to outlines. To convert text to outlines, go Select > Select All. It doesn’t matter if other graphic elements are selected. Select Type > Create Outlines from the menu.

Whether or not an item can be embroidered depends on 2 things – the material & the location (where on the item you want to get the embroidery). Backpacks, hoodies, sweatpants, cotton, twill, knits, fleece – the list goes on! Call today to verify your item with our staff.
Embroidery is surprisingly detailed but the designs which take best include: solid shapes, solid colors (no gradient shading), with any text 1/4” or taller. We can easily embroider names and monograms, also!
– Small Upper Back & Hats 2″ – 2.5” high
– Left/Right Chest 3.5″ – 4” wide
– Names (sleeve or chest) .5″ – 1” high letters
– Monograms (men’s dress shirt on sleeve or collar) .5” high script.
– Full Back 10″ – 11” wide (text not to exceed 23” high letters)
